INGREDIENTS: 1 Chicken, Spatchcocked, Marc’s Magic Rub.
PREPARATION: Preheat 1 side of your grill to 450 degrees.
You want to cook the chicken on indirect heat so leave the burners on the other side off. Season both sides of the chicken liberally with yellow mustard then Marc’s Magic Rub. Cook skin side up on the indirect heat side of your grill for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Close the grill when cooking.
INGREDIENTS: Baby Back or St. Louis Ribs, Marc’s Magic Rub.
PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Remove the membrane off the back of the ribs.
Season both sides liberally with Marc’s Magic Rub.Let ribs sit out and come to room temperature for about 30 min before placing in oven. They will start to absorb the rub. Cook for 2.5 - 3 hours under tender.
Optional: Finish on the grill and/or with BBQ sauce.
INGREDIENTS: 6 slices thick cut bacon, 2 tablespoons Marc’s Magic Rub (1 teaspoon per piece), Maple syrup (optional).
PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 375.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place bacon in a single layer.Cover each piece of bacon with 1 teaspoon Marc’s Magic Rub. Bake until crispy.
About 15 minutes, depending on bacon thickness.
Eat as is or drizzle with maple syrup!
INGREDIENTS: Salmon Filet, Olive Oil, Marc’s Magic Rub, Honey (Optional)
RECIPE PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 400 degrees (can do this on a grill as well).
Season salmon with olive oil amp; Marc’s Magic Rub.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until just cooked through. Broil for 1 minute.
Finish with a drizzle of honey.
